This is a collection of 26 ornaments found in a book that was used to train students how to draw ornaments freehand.
This collection of ornaments has been named based on the title of the book we found them in. It contains ornaments of different shapes (rosettes, rectangular and square shaped ornaments) and, if you take a closer look, they also vary a lot in the style of drawing. Among them you can find modern ornaments, ornaments reminiscent of ancient Greek or ancient Roman style of drawing, floral patterns, etc. It is because of the diversity described that we consider this collection to be of high quality. As such, it will certainly make happy everyone who uses such ornaments in their work.
Autodesk (dwg), Encapsulated PostScript (eps) and Scalable Vector Graphics (svg)
The chosen ornaments are either taken over from historic buildings or from the exams in the art school where the author used to work, or they are the students’ works themselves. All ornaments are suitable not only for graphic designers but also for various artisans to decorate their products using various techniques.
