Inside the circle there is a usable space where you can insert some text or a motif. The lion silhouettes are well-drawn and resemble lions which can often be seen in various coats of arms. This sign has been found in the book "Henderson's sign painter" (Author: John Ohnimus, published 1906) and manually traced in 2D CAD software. In case you do not need the whole of the sign, you can extract only the lion silhouette using vector or 2D CAD software.
