If you need a round geometric pattern for decorating, on this page we have provided one named 'Round architectural decorative element'.

This Round architectural decorative element comes from the book "The practical draughtsman's book of industrial design, and machinist's and engineer's drawing companion: forming a complete course of mechanical, engineering, and architectural drawing" by Armengaud, Aine (Jacques-Eugene), published in 1854.

The design consists of circles, arcs and lines. As its name says, it is round and consists of a ring drawn with interlaced circles, and in the central part of the ring there is another simple design. Since it has been drawn with precision, the design is suitable to be copied and used for some other graphic projects. Due to the title of the book in which this decorative element was found, we called it ‘architectural’ but, to be true, it is a simple round interlaced design that can be used in a number of ways.
