On this page you can download two frame borders named ‘vintage scroll vector borders’.
Both borders we found in an old book „Book of type specimens. Specimen book no.9“ (by Barnhart, bros. & Spindler, firm, type founders, Chicago; Published date: 1907). In the pictures you can see that they are scroll frame borders and, based on the publication date of the book, we have come to the conclusion that they are over 100 years old (Art nouveau style).
These scroll borders are available either as a sketch (2D profile) in DWG file format or a vector illustration in SVG and EPS file formats.
Don't be tricked by their age, because the beauty of these border patterns will definitely highlight anything you frame with them if you use them in the right way. By the way, both patterns consist of two patterns each that can be separated and used independently in 2D CAD or vector software.
