This is a very simple fixture that you can construct quickly and easily, even in a poorly-equipped workshop. Either plywood or solid stock can be used for this free woodworking project.
Dimensions of the completed board-gluing fixture according to our plan are as follows: Height 80mm (23 3.15''), Width 762mm (30'') and Length 635mm (25''). If necessary, the parts dimensions, slot length and hole number can be customized to your needs.
The board gluing fixture consists of the following parts: base, fixed fence, adjustable fence, fasteners (standard parts) and wedges.
In the following pictures you can see drawings of all parts, an assembly drawing, an exploded view with parts list and instructions showing how to create and use this fixture. The moving of the adjustable fence in parallel with the fixed fence has been achieved by using three pairs of holes and slots. The wedges put even pressure on the boards.
